Summer Stew from Vegan yack Attack: On the Go!

Instructions

  1. Warm the oil in a big pot over medium warmth. Once scorching, add the onions, zucchini, and inexperienced beans to the pot, sautéing for five minutes or until the onions are principally translucent.
