Buffalo Sauce Cravings. I have been really obsessed with buffalo cauliflower bites these days. There are a couple of spots round LA that make them soooooo good. Sage, Erewhon and a few others too. Buffalo Chickpeas

  • 2 tsp vegan butter (or just use extra oil)
  • 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp dietary yeast
  • 1/four cup scorching sauce – I used Cholula
  • Optional provides: smoky paprika, pinch of salt and pepper, cayenne

Instructions

  1. Warm a big skillet over high heat.
