3 Ways To Up Your Protein Game at Breakfast

Breakfast is essential for maintaining a healthy way of life, however what you choose to put on your plate can set the tone for the remainder of the day. Many typical breakfast foods are high in carbs and include very little protein. However, analysis means that eating protein at breakfast may help improve satiety and help with weight administration. Breakfast can also be a chance to get a healthy dose of some key nutritional vitamins and minerals your physique requires.

One of my favourite go-to breakfast meals is yogurt (I did write The Greek Yogurt Kitchen in any case!). Overnight Oats: Combine oats, Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt, strawberries, recent mint and a contact of 100% maple syrup in a coated bowl and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, prime oats with sliced almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

High-Protein Smoothie: Combine Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt, unsweetened frozen blueberries, nonfat milk and oat bran in a blender and blend until clean.

Breakfast Parfait: Take a tall glass and alternate between a tablespoonful of Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt and your favorite yogurt topping. Some of my favorites embrace chopped peanuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, sliced berries or banana, selfmade granola, and pumpkin seeds.
