Buttery Strawberry Bacon Waffles
THIS was amazingly scrumptious! 🙂
When I acquired uninterested in eggs and shakes, I found I had some more low carb waffles in my freezer. They’re gluten free, keto friendly, tremendous thick – and just 4 internet carbs each.

First I made the bacon. I diced up some strawberries and simmered those in butter with cinnamon:

I put the bacon on prime of the fried waffles, then poured the strawberries & scorching butter excessive of it all.
That was completely an excessive amount of to eat in one sitting lol.

The Know Waffles are VERY thick. I’m going to attempt slicing one in half with a sharp knife… and make a thinner grilled ham & cheese with them next. 🙂
I snacked on the rest of the bacon I cooked, a peanut butter Know Foods Cookie, a pack of peanut butter NUI cookies, had a few FBOMB nut butter packets here and there… and principally simply whatever I had available all through the week.
I really like the Nut Butter Fat Bomb packets for a quick meal alternative, to energy via an extended afternoon at work, while I’m climbing or even on street trips.

Less than 1400 calories and solely 12 internet carbs, however my LCHF macros are nonetheless on level. 😉
When I did my purchasing at Kroger I acquired some cauliflower rice, asparagus & zucchini noodles so I’m wanting ahead to a weekend filled with delicious low carb veggies.
I’ll go out and get some shrimp to go together with that, because a candy & spicy seared shrimp sounds great with those vegetables!
I made a fast stop at Ozone Falls on my approach again from my street trip earlier this week too. One of my favourite spots! And an awesome place to enjoy the fats bomb packets for lunch within the sunshine – which was a a lot better cease than a noisy restaurant. 😉
I’m off to work on a (hopefully delicious!) low carb zucchini nut bread recipe. Wish me luck… If I get it good, I’ll share it with you in my next submit. 😉
