So right here goes…

There are numerous methods to eat low carb, but for me personally being in ketosis is KEY to maintaining an lively feel-good way of life.

The pizza toppings are wonderful, btw…
Domino’s publishes their nutrition information and they’ve a nutrition calculator on their website, so it takes just a little math… however first you employ the PDF nutrition information so you’ll be able to subtract the crust (20 internet carbs) and the sauce (2 internet carbs) PER SERVING (the best way I ordered mine) based mostly on their nutrition details.
Then you go to their nutrition calculator and put in what you ordered (the crust and sauce can be included by default). Mine came to 26 internet carbs – then I subtract the 22 internet carbs for the “no sauce please” and the crust I didn’t eat… which involves 4 internet carbs for 1/4 of the pizza.

It took me 3 days to get again into ketosis, or around 63 hours.
That was sixty three hours of persistent ache for me, plus bloating and cravings and power tanking lows… throughout 8 little “naked wings” – which are FULL of invisible elements!
I feel SO terrible if anyone else ordered and ate these. 😔
I had NO concept.
I’m really sorry for not wanting these up earlier than I ordered them, and for positive earlier than I shared them on Instagram and Facebook and other places across the net.
Especially since I’m the one all the time saying you must look issues up!
Normally once I get knocked out of ketosis like this, I discover it to be a fantastic alternative to go have sushi (or worse, lol) but I decided to make use of this as a check to see how FAST my body would get back into ketosis this time.
