  • 1/2 cup heat water
  • 2 tsp floor flax seed
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted + more for greasing the pan
  • Vanilla Glaze:
  • 1 cup natural powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk, room temp
  • a couple of drops of vanilla extract – optionally available

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a donut baking pan with coconut oil.
