As for me, I still weigh the same as I did final week (143.8 kilos) which is fairly typical for me. My weight strikes sluggish. 😉
I’ve been eating approach lower than I normally do during the last week although, both in portions or quantities and in energy. I just haven’t had a lot of an appetite for some cause.

Keto Food Diary: What I’m Eating This Week
I picked up some groceries final week together with beef tips, and a number of other individuals asked me how I was going to prepare dinner those. I made them in the sluggish cooker, which I find is a foolproof solution to prepare dinner a beef or pork roast or to make beef stew.

I added pimento cheese to the cauliflower rice to make it “cheesy caulirice” and the pimento cheese added loads of taste too.
I used this one, which I discovered in the Kroger deli:
I added 4 TBSP of the zero carb pimento cheese to at least one bag of cauliflower rice.
It melts down good and creamy!
I made three meals out of all that, which was convenient.
The first time I had the meat tips and a little bit of the “gravy” over the cauliflower rice.
The second time I had more of the broth and made it extra like a bowl of beef stew:
And once I completed the third and final portion of this meal, I added a serving of macadamia nuts to it for a nice salty crunch. 🙂
This is a 28 gram serving of macadamia nuts, by the best way. You really need to weigh them, as a result of nuts are all totally different sizes and weights – they usually don’t fit in a measuring cup proper.
Meaning you cheat your self out of fairly a number of nuts should you’re simply counting them out or utilizing measuring cups. 😉

Keto Macros & Tracking Made Simple
The HWC you see in my breakfast entries within the MyFitnessPal logs above have been in my Starbucks iced coffee both days. It was truly ONE espresso cut up over two days.

The beef tips and cauliflower rice have been each from the groceries I picked up at Kroger last week:
I’m going to use the eggs and cream cheese to make my blueberry french toast sticks recipe tonight or tomorrow. And I assumed at present I’d make the hamburger steaks and broccoli slaw.
I often just saute the broccoli slaw in butter, but I’m considering it will taste GREAT cooked crisp with minced garlic – and topped with a hamburger steak. I’ll prepare dinner all of it like that then put the opposite half of the roasted/crisp slaw in the fridge…
Then I might make a “cole slaw” out of that chilly roasted broccoli slaw by mixing it with mayo or dressing for a cold salad aspect dish.
What do you consider that idea? Cooked vs raw for a chilly salad?
I feel it sounds delicious roasted crisp in a cold salad!
