My Low Carb Meals on Wednesday
I had espresso on Wednesday morning and obtained wrapped up in work so I didn’t eat till virtually lunchtime.
I don’t often eat massive meals within the morning anyway, often a snack sort meal around mid-morning.
I had an Atkins Crustless Chicken Pot Pie microwave meal within the freezer so I whipped up one other batch of Cheddar Drop Biscuits from the Southern Keto Cookbook and had two of those (wait, 2 1/2 biscuits – lol) and principally dipped it into the yummy sauce.
(I only ate half the Atkins meal as a result of those biscuits are very filling!)
Aaron was working from my residence workplace with me yesterday, so he ate the identical – plus the other half of my Atkins meal I didn’t finish.
He LOVES the Keto Drop Biscuits btw, which is why I made them again. 😉

For my meal, I ordered the hamburger steak. It comes with toast & sauce, which I skipped in fact. But I did eat the grilled purple onions this time, about half of them anyway. They have been scrumptious! 😉
(I don’t normally like onions. It’s a texture thing. I really like the flavour although, so I often scrape them off – however these, I ate!)
