Healthy Recipe: Fish Taco Lettuce Wraps With Mango Salsa And Lime Crema

2 kilos cod filet, minimize into chunks

Spice Mix

2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic salt

2 teaspoons onion powder

Mango Salsa

2 ripe mangos, chopped 

 ½ purple onion, chopped

1 purple pepper, seeded and chopped

½ – 1 jalapeno for desired spice, seeded and chopped

2 tablespoons cilantro, minced

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced

1 lime, juiced

Lime Crema

½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp lime juice

1 head butter lettuce (or 6 small corn tortillas, warmed)


Preheat oven to 350°F (TK °C). While it preheats, mix together all of your spices for the spice combine in a small bowl. 

Place cod on a lined baking sheet. Pat fish dry with a paper towel after which season cod throughout with the spice mix. Set aside to marinate whereas getting ready different components.

Next, combine mango salsa elements in a bowl and mix. Set salsa apart.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and lime juice and stir properly to mix. Set lime crema apart. Wash and separate butter leaves, then pat dry. Use as many as desired.
