2020 Keto Challenge: Starting Weigh-In

Happy Monday! It’s time to weigh-in for the 2020 Keto Challenge and log your starting weight. 🙂

If you’re in our personal Facebook group, the official weigh-in submit is right here. If you aren’t on Facebook (or favor not to submit on Facebook), merely depart a comment on this publish together with your beginning weight as an alternative.

1. Weigh yourself very first thing within the morning.

The challenge is to eat 20 internet carbs max per day for 5 days in a row, beginning at present.
