I have LOTS of updates for you as properly. I’m finally back residence from my journey, which didn’t go so nice sadly. I’m nonetheless processing that and I’m positive there can be useful lessons for me to study out of it all… which I’ll remember to share with you, together with the meals I ate (and didn’t eat) on the journey. 🙂

As for MY weigh in, I’m 138.4 kilos immediately. That’s 2.2 pounds misplaced during the last four weeks – which is absolutely good for me. I got here house from my trip weighing less, but feeling very bloated and achy and puffy. So I’m letting all that settle and eating quite simple while I recuperate.
