Are you REALLY Committed To Your Health & Weight Loss Goals?

There’s a distinction between curiosity and commitment.

When you’re eager about doing something, you do it only when it’s EASY or handy. (Or when you’re seeing outcomes and getting that “instant gratification.”)

When you’re committed to something, you settle for NO excuses – solely results. (Even when you aren’t seeing those outcomes TODAY.)

Weight Loss Commitment



 

I get it…

You want one thing SO dangerous, however it’s HARD to kick previous habits or make huge modifications, and it’s straightforward to collapse and give in to immediate gratification – when you aren’t getting it from “being good.”

I’ve been there: off/on, in/out, motivated/defeated, proud/disgusted, completely dedicated after which not fairly. It’s a maddening roller coaster of feelings, which is not any fun in any respect, and it’s not good in your physique either.

What lastly made things EASY for me…

Was deciding to only LIVE and BE healthy.

I ended watching markers and chasing outcomes, and just determined to chill out into a cheerful healthy way of life of eating low carb and being extra lively, persistently.

Trust me, when you do this (persistently) your body has no selection but to comply with go well with, and alter in consequence. So the outcomes WILL happen, and you WILL reach your “body goals” – but with lots much less stress and frustration. 😉

Think about it: do you assume it’s even POSSIBLE to reside healthy, keep lively, eat low carb persistently, and NOT see physical results of that way of life change over time?

Of course not! 🙂
