Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- 1 overwhelmed egg white
- ½ cup dried fruit of selection (raisins, cranberries, figs, dates, blueberries)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a big bowl, mix the oats, almonds, coconut and salt.
- In a small saucepan over low warmth, soften the coconut oil, honey and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
- Pour the syrup over the dry substances and stir to mix. Add the overwhelmed eggwhite and mix.
